I’m currently in a custody battle with my ex over our 3 year old. He has a current 3 year PFA that expires in November. He waited until December of 2018 to file for shared custody, I filed a motion to have the mediation seminar waved, so our current court date is for May of this year. On Thursday my attorney emailed me a copy of the acceleration motion my ex filed, I myself have not gotten anything. This acceleration hearing is tomorrow, at am I supposed to go???
Why do you say you haven't gotten anything -- your attorney sent you a copy of the motion! If there's a hearing and your attorney and the court say you have to be there, you had better go. I hope you got there. The right person to ask about this is your own attorney.
