I am a civil engineer 2016 graduate completed Masters in Civil engineering in USA and bachelors in India.My attorney is asking me to provide a PE license in order to apply H1 B visa full time, or she is going to show me as an intern which is valid only for an year as per our conversation. is it true?? Do we really have to show the PE license??
