My application I485 was sent back to me due to incorrect fee ,can I resubmit the same exact package or fill out new app?

Yes, you can resubmit your prior papers, even with the papers stamped at the bottom. Just make sure that you include the correct amount. that all of your forms are current, and that you put the green paper on the top of your resubmission.

You may resubmit the same forms, no need to redo the forms. You will have a better experience with immigration if engage an immigration attorney to handle your application.
