I had some custody of my son until I was deployed to Afghanistan. While I was gone my ex took my son and filed for full custody. She got it as I was unable to respond. Now 8 years later my son is wanting to live with me now that I retired from the military. He's telling me his life is hell there and his mother is acting out strangely and allowing strangers to sleep there. He asked his mom to let him move here but she freaked out and now is refusing to allow him to come back. What can I do gain custody of my son again?
Please contact an attorney ASAP. The laws in Wyoming were changed to keep this type of thing from happening to servicemen and their children.
