What are the rights of the mother and of the father. If we want to give the baby up for adoption do both parents have to agree, or is it only the mother and her parents?
Unfortunately, there is no simple answer to your question. A birthfather can prevent an adoption plan in specific situations, but it is a very fact specific situation. Grandparents' rights are very limited, but of course grandparents can influence a birthparent's decisions. You should consult an adoption agency or attorney to discuss your daughter's options in more detail.
