You have a Court Order that governs so seeking modification would be your only option, within that option having the children see a counselor and asking your ex if she would agree to utilize mediation to try to reach an agreement on breaking it up or adoption of other options would be logical. If the counseling and/or mediation don't resolve the issue, the Judge will either modify or enforce the order.
