Motion to dismiss W/OUT PREJUDICE states grounds for dismissal is @ client direction & requests to dismiss WITH PREJUDICE.
My question is will the judge catch this error? Should I do something? Or should I just wait and save this motion in case the case ever comes back to me and I can show the grounds for dismissal was “at the direction of plaintiff’s assignor, plaintiff requests that this court dismiss this case WITH prejudice? “?
