What would be the appropriate thing to file for when i am being denied visitation for six months. I would like to have primary custody. But I don't know if i am wasting my time asking for it. Ive been cut off of all contact and i am tired of it.
You haven't provided enough information. Are you married to the other parent? Is a divorce pending? Is a divorce concluded with a parenting plan in place? Were you never married? If you've never married the other parent, then have you filed paternity? Other than denial of timeshare ("visitation"), what grounds do you have to request primary timeshare? You should probably speak to an attorney?
