Today a 13 year old girl was on a step stool looking for something. My almost three year old climbed up behind her and she turned around and kicked him off onto the floor. Can I defend my son since the mother didn't do anything about her out if control teen?
Interesting! I assume you did something at that moment and aren't asking whether it's OK to do something today. Defense of others is a long-recognized right in GA. If the kick was clearly an assault, then you had every tight to stop the assault with force. However, responding to en ended assault with violence, isn't authorized or legal. You should have called police and let them handle it. I hope this helped.
