I. Married my wife unknowingly to me and her that she was still married to her first husband. We were told that our marriage was void because she was still married. Well her divorce is
final now, we decided to stay together and want to get married again, how can we go about this. Can we go to the same courthouse we went to before? Do we need to divorce first? Please help I love her.
Mazel tov. Get a new marriage license and go forth to that same courthouse.

Actually, now that her prior marriage has been dissolved, you and she have probably already formed a new common law marriage. But, if you want to, can certainly have a new ceremony, or go to the courthouse to formalize things again. Certainly no need to file a divorce first.
