sale contract is signed by both but as of tomorrow morning he will be declared a missing person and tomorrow is closing what can I do
Focus on your husband. You are not going to close on the house tomorrow, or anytime soon.
Without his attendance at the closing, you will not be able to close. In fact, you are not going to be able to close until you speak with a real estate lawyer and learn what you are going to need to do to try and fix this. Putting his name on the deed was such a bad move in so many ways. It will be a long time before you can sale the property.
