Me and my boyfriend want to marry and I want to do his visa I know that 13 years age difference is a lot but love don't have age on it. Would it be difficult or impossible to obtain a visa for him. I have the income he been here from India for 10 years on a student visa. We have the income that is needed or I have the income on my own it needs be. How difficult will it be. I know it not impossible but just wanted your legal input.
There is no law against getting an immigrant visa where there is an age difference. You simply have a higher burden of proof. An attorney would be very highly recommended.

There are many factors to consider when determining whether a person is eligible for a green card. I am assuming he entered on a student visa and has since fallen out of status? If that is the case, he would be adjustment eligible through marriage to a USC. It is best to consult with an attorney to discuss his case at length. Further, while the age difference is in no ways a disqualifying factor, it would likely be reviewed in any potential case.
