Very rarely I get overtime and now that our child support is up for review it's showing as income on my last pay. Is overtime considered income even tho it isn't steady? I drive 90 miles one way to work everyday. My ex just quit her job and wants more money.
The court can and usual does include overtime. There are some arguments that can be waived to try and convince the court not to consider it. Your drive to work is irrelevant. I believe you already posed a question about your ex not working.
