I have a contract with a company to provide national training to their clients. The company keeps adding duties to to contract and do not consent. Also sometimes their clients have lied about what was said on the training. That is why I want to record the calls
How long do you think you are going to be under contract when you are calling clients "liars" and tape recording conversations? Sounds like a mess and the solution is with heart-to heart discussions with the Prime, not tape recording calls. If the prime is changing contract terms---that would impact pricing...there are a lot of moving parts in your very short question and a business law attorney would be your best way forward.
NO ATTORNEY CLIENT PRIVILEGE IS CREATED OR EXISTS. Do not rely on any answers you get online from me or any other lawyers in this forum---nothing substitutes for a confidential and protected discussion with an attorney. There is no way you have provided sufficient information for a proper legal analysis—can’t be done online. This is a general legal question and answer site and guidance here is for general interest---a push in the right direction.
