I have came to this site before to get a general consensus on my pink summons ( Park after Dark) and came to the decision that I want a lawyer. Im looking for a ACD to resolve this case as being in a park is a unclassified misdemeanor and i dont want to have this on my record to potentially scare off future employers since i have no priors in my past. I plan on hiring legal representation as i feel i wont recieve a ACD if i appear in court myself. As a student going to a college money is tight so im looking for a lawyer with a reasonable price range from $200-400. If your prices are in that range i would gladly call you to set up a patnership. Thank You
You should be able to find someone for those rates.

Most lawyers like myself accept charge cards if that help. Since you seem to be shopping strictly based on price, keep in mind the lawyer's experience handling these summonses and more importantly, seek a commitment from that lawyer that they will be appearing personally on your behalf and not sending a less experienced attorney because of the amount you can afford. Bring to the lawyer photos of the park in question, including any signs posting the hours of park or the absence of such signs. Bring a copy of your college transcript with you, even if it is unofficial, as this will help get the judge agree to the ACD. Keep in mind that lawyers are not permitted to guarantee you results but with the right lawyer, I am confident you will be able to achieve your desired result. Best of luck to you.

You should be able to find an attorney to help you in the price range you are seeking. However, be aware of the attorney's experience.
