I don't have the money to move. So the only thing i can do is not pay them rent for the 3 months to get 1st, last , & security. Will i get in big trouble for this

I highly recommend that you go see an attorney and talk about this in person. Was your agreement in writing? (The one that would allow you to buy the house in 2 years.) If so, maybe you have some rights. Please see a lawyer to talk this out and get some advice.
