My Mom just received her citizenship. I am residing here in the states since 2001 without a green card, Married with two kids (born here). Can she apply for me to get my green card. If yes, what are the steps to follow.
Thank you so much
The first step for obtaining family based green cards is always the I-130 family based petition. Also, it's not absolutely clear from the info you provided, but if you have been in the US without legal status all of this time, you may need a waiver of unlawful presence. You should have a conversation with an immigration attorney near to you. Many, if not most, offer a free 15 to 30 minute consultation.

You should seriously consider talking to an immigration lawyer. You post lacks vital pieces of information needed to facilitate a meaningful answer.

Your mother can file form I-130 to sponsor you for a green card, but this may take a long time and you may not be able to adjust your status in the US. Please see https://www.avvo.com/legal-guides/ugc/green-cards-for-family-members
Mr. Shusterman's (former INS Trial Attorney, 1976-82) response to your question is general in nature, as not all the facts are known to him. You should retain an attorney experienced in immigration law to review all the facts in your case in order to receive advice specific to your case. Mr. Shusterman's statement above does not create an attorney/client relationship.
