My boyfriend ( who has no drug related track record what so ever) was recently arrested and is still sitting in jail for crimes he's being Falsely charged of. Basically, he was caught up in the mix of a so called "drug seizure" at a motel in Cordes Lakes. There were three occupants in the room. The Yavapai County police department claims to have received a tip that there was usage of drugs going on in the room. After awaiting a search warrant, there were infact drugs confiscated by the police. Additionally a K9 was called on scene and a pistol was identified. Located in the truck bed of the vehicle they were at the time commutting in. My boyfriend, who is currently instated on standard probation was unfortunately charged of possession with intent to sell ×3, and as a prohibited possesser. And the other two individuals, walked. Now the female is claiming to have been held by her will and forced to have been there. Which is a complete bitchmade excuse so she doesn't receive charges. That's a fact. The other occupant, however does have possession priors. Multiple criminal felony drug offenses. Yet, he is released? Tell me how that works out.
Not to sound cliché, but he needs an attorney. Once he has an attorney that is the person that will answer your questions.
