Is this worth pursuing? I have a work place issue with another coworker who tried to attack myself and two other coworkers.

The conduct, depending on what you mean by "hazing" and how unsafe the workplace is as a result, could be actionable under Labor Code Section 6300 et seq., particularly 6311 as well as 1102.5 (depending on whether you have alerted your employer about whether you plan to make a complaint to a government agency about what has happened). In general, I would think that battery by a co-worker is outside the scope of employment (unless it is harassment based on a protected class such as sex, race, religion, disability, national origin, etc.), so the employer cannot ordinarily be held liable. But, if it is making your workplace unsafe and employer is on notice and you continue to be mistreated (especially if you mention--again, in writing--that you may exercise your option to go to a government agency), then you may have valid claims. Remember to document everything in writing, keep copies for yourself and have proof that you have communicated to your employer (e.g., copies of emails and/or fax transmission pages), and gather names and contact information for all applicable witnesses. Best of luck.

You may have a variety of civil claims against both the employee and your employer for this issue. I am not sure what you mean when you say you are "hazed" everyday, but if you are receiving physical threats that make you feel unsafe you should contact the police. You may also want to seek a restraining order against the employee(s) threatening you. I would consult with a civil litigation attorney on this matter right away, preferably one that also has experience in employment law litigation. Good luck!
Depends on what you mean by "hazed everyday," and what you want them to do. I'd say if major incidents continue and all three of you are on the same page, it would be worth pursuing.
