I have a question, I am applying for a green card through I-485, it asks me to list work history. In the past I went to university and had CPT and worked on campus, I then transferred to another university as an F-1 student - it was in the same city, but continued to work on CPT for the old university - would this be considered unauthorized employment? And will I get denied my I-485 based on this? Thanks.
Continuing to work on CPT approved with a prior university would be unauthorized. What impact this would have depends upon the category of green card application.
