I came up positive on a drug screen in the er and it really isn't true. They have told numerous people in my family during hospital stay with out permission, in the mean time checked my blood sugar as a.diabetic(I am not), had someone elses info posted in my room but won't admit this drug test could be incorrect. Instead called dfcs and now they say they have the right to start up all sorts of stuff. I don't want to live like this bit everyone says you have to just do everything they say or else?
Hire an attorney straight away and protect your rights.
Know this, however: you had BETTER be right.
This reply is made in response to a question posted on a public message board. This response is for general information only. This response does not create an attorney-client relationship. You have not hired the responding attorney and the responding attorney has not agreed to represent you.
Demand that repeat blood tests be done to confirm that the initial tests were in error. You will need counsel to fight DFCS and a hair sample (which is more specific) may be needed for drug testing to confirm your position and exonerate you from suspicion.
