I'm A Male That Was In A Suboxon Program. They Had Recently Changed There Rules And One Rule Was That You Have To Be Supervised When Giving A Urine Sample, Well They Had A Female Watch Me And It Was So Uncomfortable I Couldn't Do It, Not Only That But My Girl Was In There And She Heard Them Talking Bad About Me Saying Things Like, He Probably Had Fake Pee And Some Other Things While Other Patients Were Present And Directly To Other patients. I Ended Up Getting Discharged And Can't Go Back All Because I Did Not Want To Nor Did I Feel Comfortable Using The Bathroom In Front Of A Female And I Even Asked For A Male But They Refused. Everyone Knows A Male Can Not Watch A Female Use The Bathroom.
Although this sounds like a legal question, it may not be. You probably signed some papers when you came into the program that allows this. You have 2 alternatives: a) switch programs, or b) get a doctor's note that you cannot urinate in front of a woman.
