my fiance had a warrant in tennessee and we moved to RI. basically all he had to do before leaving the state of TN was pay the rest of his bond of 250 and 416 to the court. . i was told by an official that if my fiance says he doesnt want to be extradited then they have to go through a court process. he didnt commit a serious crime, he didnt kill anyone and it wasnt about drugs. please give me any info you have....
Don't post anymore information here in a public forum. Have him consult with his attorney in the state of TN to address the underlying matter ASAP.

He probably will not be extradited back to Tennessee for usually money issues. He should contact a Tennessee lawyer to resolve the charge to begin with. It is to surrender self and reman out on bond vs goin back in cuffs. By the way hyperthetically he doesn't want to b charged w being a fugitive from justice and b held in RI for up to 90 days dead time. In the alternative of its a bailable offense he would have to pay double surety bail on RI.
