I filed and served her with a temporary restraining order and then after a week she got a protective order against me in another state where she didnt mention the Dv-TRO against her . She hid the information and got it.. is that considered perjury or not?
Protective order clearly have asked to list all the divorce.protective order case numbers but she only mentioned the dissolution of marriage case number and nothing even in her affadavit
I'm not positive but check with an attorney in the other state as to how this type of situation would be handled in that state. Bring it up in the court in California that she did what she did, but I believe that only the other state will have jurisdiction to dismiss her restraining order because she lied about a case pending in California.
