Depending on the facts involved with the arrest, the government may still be able to prove the crime. I would also suggest keeping these thoughts off the Internet as a prosecutor might try to use posts as a way of proving intent. Good luck

I don't think a lawyer will help you get away with an ongoing crime.
I am a former federal and State prosecutor and have been doing criminal defense work for over 16 years. I was named to the Super Lawyers list as one of the top attorneys in New York for 2012 and 2013. No more than 5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by Super Lawyers. Martindale-Hubbell has given me its highest rating - AV Preeminent - in the areas of Criminal Law, Personal Injury, and Litigation. According to Martindale-Hubbell”AV Preeminent is a significant rating accomplishment - a testament to the fact that a lawyer's peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence." Fewer than 8% of attorneys achieve an AV Preeminent rating. I also have the highest ranking – “superb” – on Avvo. It sounds like a good idea right? Novel.....It is not.
Not only will the prosecution likely still go after you. They will likely charge a backup charge of not having a business license or something to that effect. Those fines are usually $$$$.
This reply should NOT be considered a legal opinion of your case / inquiry. At this time I do not have sufficient factual/legal documentation to give a complete answer to your question and there may be more to the issues you raised then I have set out in my brief reply
Nevada may be a good place to relocate to, prostitution is legal is certain areas there. Posting a question to commit a future crime is not a good idea.
