i'm applying for lyft driver job but i have four minor violations of not paying the insurance bill (uninsured vehicle ) that should not affect my application since its not a moving violation but still i got rejected because of them
They stay on your record permanently. There is no expungement for drivers' abstracts. Uninsured vehicle affects your application because it would leave the company open to a lawsuit if you keep doing it. It is not important if you apply for a driver's job where the company pays the insurance and you drive a company vehicle (like at some pizza places).

All convicted violation stay on your record. More information is needed but uninsured are not minor violations.
Unfortunately, motor vehicle violations stay on your record permanently. Say for example even if you plea down to an unsafe operation, which is no points, that guilty plea will still remain on your abstract, even though it may not negatively affect your insurance.
Unfortunately no way exists to remove violations from your record unless they are in error unlike criminal convictions time and expungments don't matter.

Of course a lot more information is needed, but it is possible to vacate guilty pleas prior tickets under certain very limited circumstances. It would defiantly be a long shot.
