This September I will be able to get my class c back but I was trying to see what can I do to get class a back I Was told by NC dmv if I get one if my civil revocations removed then in September I would get my cdl back dmv officers told me they have had thousands of cases were revocations been removed and cdl reinstated
Were you convicted of either? That’s where we lawyers start looking to see what we can do for clients in such situations. Where (state & county( dud each occur?
GREAT question, but a LOT more info would be handy. Normally the smart thing to do is pull the official DMV record and see what caused the suspension. Not quite sure what DMV means by getting a "civil revocation removed." Normally any challenge to the Civil, administrative revocation would be done almost immediately.
This is a notoriously complicated area of law. Talk to an experienced DWI lawyer ASAP.
