Through the Colorado health exchange, I signed up for health care from Kaiser Permanente. When I got my new job and moved from the state back to Illinois, I canceled my insurance. But since I had it on a direct withdraw, and because their system don't update quickly, I was charged for 2 months worth of coverage after I had canceled. I have called to complain, each time I talk with a representative, they agree that I am due for a refund and they put in a ticket for the refund to be processed. Each time I wait the 4-6 week, now its 6-8 weeks. for the refund to be processed. After which I still have not received my refund. This has been going on for almost 8 months now. I initially called sometime in September of 2015, its now April of 2016.

I would not only file a complaint I'd see if I could get a local attorney to write a letter. Good luck.
