I left my wife 7 weeks ago. We have a one and four year old. She is refusing to let me see them or even talk to them. I’ve made daily attempts (once a day) to contact her with no response. Also attempted to go to the house last week with a friend of mine, stayed in the car while he tried to talk to her and she called the cops so we left. I didn’t want to make a scene in front of the kids. Also why I stayed in the car the whole time. There has to be something I can do to be able to see them.
This is NOT a Civil Rights question. I moved it to the proper section, called Divorce & Separation. And that is my advice too: If you want visitation rights it looks to me like you are going to have to file for divorce and let the Judge decide.
