Since july i borrowed my cousin my car. I told him to pay all the tolls cash so it wouldn’t charge me.. when i got back to usa i realized that i got double charged more than a 100$. Since then i was trying to get my ko ey back but the customer service didn’t help me out.. i’ve been twice to the offfice itself which is an hour away from my house just for them to scan my receipts(worth more than 100$) and now they want to send me a credit of 6$ after 6 months.. what do you think i should do, i wouldn’t contact them anymore since i called them more then 50 times in thr past 6 months
As a practical matter, it no longer matters who is right and who is wrong, and it will be impossible to figure out without auditing all the records. It can't be worth your time to keep after this for $100, when you already made 50 phone calls and after driving for hours several times to their office. I would give up.
I frankly think your cousin failed to pay the toll a bunch of times, and your account got charged.
