I was laid off after requesting light duty, not just denied what my doctor ordered and the Department of Labor and the lady handling my second EEO is giving me so much problems instead of helping me. I can't fit everything I need to convey into this little box, but please contact me, I have a lot of letters I've sent everywhere seeking help. I really slept in a freezing car and starved when he forced me out of work, and no one offered to help. I was disabled when I got the job and I honestly disclosedthis during the application process.. The Department of Labor was helping me, but now he's saying I should have never cashed the check they sent for my grievance, because it appears I was setting. But management refused to take it back. The lady for my EEOC says she can't help because I didn't properly file in 2015 but she found where I did, but still says I won't win so it's pointless.
