So I had court today at the Craig municipal building at 8 30, I was moving out of where I was living and there was alot going on so I forgot until about 9, I then called the courthouse and left a voice message and then they called me back and told me I had to go in and pay $100 appearance bond since I had already bumped the court date back once. Is there any other way I can satisfy the $100 or no because I don't have the money and can't borrow it from anyone
You can add onto the court docket and then ask the judge to quash the warrant for failure to appear and allow you to continue with your court case. However, unless and until the judge does this, you have a warrant for your arrest and you might get taken to jail at any time.
