We split up when my daughter was 1. She is 6 now. The courts have never been involved, nor have I ever been on child support. Lately, my daughter’s mom will threaten me with filing for child suppirt when she doesn’t get her way. She will file, I receive paperwork, and then within a few weeks when she cools down, I am notified that she withdrew the application. This has happened numerous times over the past 6 months. Is there any type of court harassment I can file for? I would really appreciate if she made her decision and stuck with it; I’m tired of the back and forth. We have tried talking it over, and there is never any talking to her. It all comes down to her filing out of spite, calmning down, and withdrawing her application.
