I was driving South on Fonded and stopped at a red light . There was a car in the left lane as well as the right and there was one vehicle in front of me . A police came up behind me with lights on . I didn't know where I was supposed to go so I didn't move . Then the police went behind the car in the left turn lane , that was was trying to move to let him through and the car in front of me didn't know I was there , so they quickly moved backward and hit me with some force because they didn't know I was there . This case involved that is referred to as the eggshell law . The wreck was not so bad , but the condition of my neck after having bones removed from one level below cc - 7 , which were replaced with eight perm ant screws was enough to cause additional damage to my neck . I was seen by two Neurosurgeons , who agree with this . One has retired and does not want to be involved . The other is willing to testify in my favor .
