Hi, I received a speeding ticked while driving on a 25 mph zone.
Yes that is precisely what you try and do. However, even though a person can usually get a plea agreement going with an attorney usually helps ensure that you get the best deal you may be eligible for. And bear in mind some tickets are not so easily handled like DUIs and suspended license tickets where loss of license and possibly jail are possibilities. So I would recommend a consult with experienced counsel.

Depending on your record, you may be eligible for a plea bargain called "Unsafe Operation" which is 0 points. However, if you were accused of driving at a high rate of speed or there are other aggravating factors, you may need a skilled attorney to meet with the prosecutor on your behalf. Please consider meeting with an attorney in person to review your case.
If you were going more than 14 miles above the speed limit the only way your going to get rid of all the points is by hiring a lawyer unless your the type who wins the jackpot at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. Get a good traffic ticket lawyer.
