I filed a motion for contempt in my custody case because the family member who "unjustly & unethically " won custody of my kids won't allow me the call or visit time that the judge ordered. This is all in Ohio by the way.
I filed the paperwork for the motion & the clerk of courts later called me to tell me that the judge wants me to write out all of the dates and times that she committed contempt and refused my calls & visitation.
Is there a particular format that I should follow when writing out this "outline" ?
What do I do if I feel as though literally nothing about my case was done the way the judge should have done it, ultimately violating my rights and acting carelessly ?
none....caption of the case, of course...label further details of contempt of SDF for motion.
