I am the mother of a case regarding the mother of my son father which she is asking for child support. Right now I have missed a court date due to not having money for travel. What should I do
There is a need for paternity for the court to enter an order of child support. The court cannot and will not fund a DNA test for a grandparent.
As for the rest of the questions, I cannot figure out who you are in this litigation and what effect missing a court date will have on you. I do not understand, "I am the mother of a case regarding the mother of my son father ... ."
