If there is such a law or something similar, I would like to see the exact wording. If an adult is talking to my child and I am uncomfortable with it (though no crude words or actions have taken place) and I ask them or tell them to stop contacting my child, what law would be involved if they continue to?
As a general rule, parents control everything when it comes to their kids. You might consider consulting with an attorney and giving then more details such as who this adult is and what is their relationship to the child. In other words whether this is a family member or a stranger.
This communication does not create an attorney/client relationship and is not legal advice. ALWAYS conduct a detailed in-person consultation with an attorney before taking any legal action or making any decision that could impact in any way your legal matter.
