I work for a security company protecting a large scale property but wish to find a second job on my days off for one of the tenants/vendors
at the same property. Can this be labeled as a conflict of interest even though I will not be performing any security details for the 2nd job?
I don't see an inherent issue if you have no contract or provision barring you from taking on such work. I certainly don't see any conflict of interests issue.

Unless you have some sort of agreement that precludes this, I don't see any legal issue.
This response is only general information and is not legal advice. It does not form an attorney-client relationship and should not be relied upon to take or refrain from taking any action. You should seek a qualified attorney before taking any action related to your inquiry.
Under these circumstances, you cannot have a "conflict of interests" in the absence of an agreement or regulation that designates this a conflict of interests.
