Court ordered child support coming directly from pay check of dad to Court and then paid to me is not coming, but dad says he is working. Maybe a new employer, what can I do?

As far as what to do about it, you'd have to consult with an attorney who practices in Idaho. Sometimes it takes a few weeks or even longer for support enforcement to adjust to an obligor's new job.
