I used a company out of Missouri called Missouri wind and solar. They make wind turbines or generators. There product is honestly advertised and does not put out any where near the power it should. If you call them or email them all you get is a run around and nothing ever really answered.
So what my question is, is there a law suit I could start or anything like that. Or is reporting them to the better business bureau all I can do. I really don't want to see any one else waist 1000's on junk stuff
You may have an action for breach of a specific product warranty, depending on the terms of the purchase agreement and other documentation surrounding your transaction. There are also a number of implied warranties that might give rise to a legal claim against the Missouri company. The company is subject to Michigan law on this matter. I suggest you contact a local business litigation attorney for a consultation on what actions you might be able to assert. These matters, of course, will turn on factual issues about the claimed power output and the actual power output. You will need to have an expert in that field make that determination for you.
