Sprint has tried twice now to take money out of my account and never asked to do so. Yes my wife owes money to them for her cell phone from last year but the contract was terminated late last year. Are they authorized to attempt to take this money without asking? We had service with them up until late 2018 in North Carolina.
Without knowing more about the account and how they took money there is no way to say.
