I found out 3 years ago that my daughter has spinal scoliosis(curved spine) the curved spine has got bigger the last 2 years.My ex won't get our daughters spine fixed.Our daughter is 16 y/o.I would like to know if I can bring charges against her for neglect of a child and is it considered a felony?
