I am a 17 year old girl and I am currently hiding my Instagram account from my mom. She takes away my phone and then goes through it. An pretends to be me and texts my contacts and deletes my stuff. I just want to know if she's allowed to do this? Yes she is the one paying my phone bill.
If she's paying the bills, it's her phone. She just allows you to use it.
When you move out and pay your own bills, she won't be able to access your account.
