This is a very serious case. FBI involved. My son Hes spoken to the fbi. After being promised. Told them a statement. Mr Duncan told my son. If cooperated. One of the charges would be dropped. Under new law. Its a jail sentence of 17yrs. Aj, my son. Was very upset. Called me. Told me of said promise. And wasn't given the promise. Can not recant statement. But i feel was miss represented. Hes 25yrs old. Two other defenders involved. Not complying. But my son did. Under false information given. My main concern. Is. If this is a lawyer under the state of South Carolina. Has been reprimanded. For MISCONDUCT. And not a fair, honest attorney. Why then given to my son z pro bono. And telling incorrect statement. Making promise he van not keep. As well receiving 125 an pay. By the state. A good person for my child's welfare. Please. Ive tried this site before. And was told not enough info was given. Then sent to get a fraud lawyer. I have no money. Or i wouldn't be asking for help. From you. Please.
You should talk to the attorney. Or rather your son should since the attorney has never duty to you. Perhaps the attorneys misconduct was overzealous representation of his client. That might not be a bad thing.
