This was in Texas. A cop tailgated me for several miles waiting for me to make a mistake. I knew if I went over the line or swerved he would pull me over but when a giant semi truck started to pass me, my instinct was to give him space. I believe the wind wake he was creating pushed me a bit further than I meant to go and I might have grazed the white line. There might have been a wind gust if it wasn't the truck's wake. I know I didn't go far enough to hit the vibrations and may not have even hit the white line at all. He would not allow me to see the dash cam video and I have him on video refusing to show it to me.
That's your call. Personally, I would fight it, but you should not attempt to do so by yourself as you do not have the legal acumen or experience to do so successfully.
