The first two are from the same apartment: the first being a unlawful detainer judgment that the landlord and I worked out immediately the second was from years later when a new landlord took over the building. It was for one month's rent, and I made arrangements with the new landlord and the case was dismissed. The third was from a different apartment building and the debt was paid, but the judgement is still on file as settled.
The other two are from collection debt companies and they were dismissed. The cases were filed in Chicago, IL from about 2002 to 2010. I need them removed for numerous reasons.
There is a statute in Illinois for which you can file a Motion asking to seal the record of eviction, but there are a number of requirements to meet in order to qualify for relief.
