Me and some friends were hanging out at a park after finishing a joint and we were in a pretty remote part and some police officers in bikes came up to us. I was playing with rocks and I tossed one without seeing them come up. The cops asked what we were doing. To which we replied "we were hanging out, we had smoked a joint earlier, This was long after we finished the joint. And they asked who's marijuana was it, to which no one answered, they charged only me out of my 4 friends with drug perephernalia and littering (because they thought I tossed the roach)when they found no evidence of either can I get this charge dismissed?
Absolutely. You can get both charges dismissed. Good luck.

Yes, it might well be very possible, but you need an attorney to make the right motion and have a hearing, as well as represent you in the case.
