Is it possible to get a Chapter 7 bankruptcy removed from your credit before 10 years?

It IS a scam. If someone is going to charge you to remove something from your credit they are just trying to get your money. If there is something on your credit that is not accurate you can dispute that with the credit bureau yourself. Bankruptcy does typically stay on your credit for 10 years. You may want to report the company to the BBB so no one else gets scammed.
The amount of damage a bankruptcy does to your credit is quite small after only a few years. While I have known people to get the bankruptcy removed from the credit report early, most creditors do not take the time to leisurely read your consumer report for this tidbit of information. Busy lenders make their decision on one thing only, and that is your FICO score. Have a high score & lenders generally won't even care if you just got out of bankruptcy. Hope this perspective helps.
