I went to the dentist to get an emergency wisdom tooth extraction, he agreed to pull out a single tooth. He opened the wisdom tooth area with a scalpel and left the tooth there without extraction. I feel the wisdom teeth in the exact location where it is not suppose to be.
Did you ask the dentist why he didn't pull the tooth? Something might have come up during the procedure - there could be a good reason why he didn't pull it. Even if he just didn't pull the tooth, it is doubtful that there would be the kind of substantial damages to your health that would merit the investment in a malpractice case.
